1. Initial Phone Call
We’ll start with a phone call where we’ll gather some basic information about you. We’ll explain our treatment program, expectations, and answer any questions you have. We’ll also check if you’re eligible for our services. (You have the option to fill out the "Phone Intake Form" before this call and send it to genesishouseministries@gmail.com)

 

2. Eligibility 
First, we will check to see if you are eligible. If you're a good fit for our program, we’ll confirm your admission and provide you with the next steps. This may include completing paperwork, a brief assessment, and discussing insurance or payment options. (You will also be asked to fill out the "Application for Treatment" and send it to genesishouseministries@gmail.com)

 

3. Preparing for Treatment
We’ll guide you on what to bring and what to expect when you arrive. We want to make sure you’re fully prepared for your recovery journey.

4. Admission Day
On your admission day, you’ll complete the check-in process, tour the facility, meet your treatment team, and begin your recovery journey.
